The panel is a sidebar on the left, a header across the top, and the page you are looking at. The sidebar changes completely once you open a server, which is the one thing that catches people out. This page is a map of both states.

The sidebar

Below the Clouduxe Hosting label at the top, the sidebar runs in this order: Dashboard on its own, then four labelled groups, then four rows pinned to the bottom with no label, then your name and email in the footer.

Two entries carry a count: Invoices and Basket. Counts load a moment after the rest of the page and stay hidden when they are zero. They are read once per page load, so if a number looks stale after you pay something, reload the page.

Dashboard

A summary of your own account: your services, spend for the month, wallet balance, open invoices, and recent billing and ticket activity. It reports on your account only. See Your dashboard. For whether a Clouduxe service itself is having a problem, see Checking platform status.

Billing

EntryWhat it leads to
InvoicesEvery invoice on the account, paid and unpaid. See Invoices
Payment methodsCards saved against your account. See Payment methods
Credit & walletWallet balance and top-ups. See Wallet and credit
StatementsAccount statements and their CSV export. See Statements

Services

EntryWhat it leads to
Cloud VPSYour services list, filtered to VPS
Dedicated serversYour services list, filtered to dedicated servers
DDoS protectionYour services list, filtered to DDoS-Protected Proxy
Network & firewallA read-only view of protection across all your servers: which are onboarded, the inbound rules on each, and the source IPs you have blocked

Those first three rows all open the same page, Your services list, with a category filter applied. They are filters, not separate pages, so a server missing from one is on the list under another filter or under none.

Network & firewall has no controls of its own. Every row on it links into the server it belongs to. See How protection works.

Shop

The four rows at the bottom

These sit at the very bottom of the sidebar, under a gap and with no group heading, wherever the rest of the list ends.

Your account menu

Click your name and email in the footer of the sidebar. On a phone it opens upwards instead of sideways, but the entries are the same:

  • Account, the same destination as Account settings
  • Billing, which goes to your payment methods
  • Notifications
  • Theme, a submenu covered below
  • Sign out

Inside a server, the sidebar is replaced

Open a server from your services list and the account sidebar is swapped wholesale for that server's own menu. The account groups are gone until you leave: the way back is the All servers link at the top.

Under that link is the server's name with a dot showing its power state, which refreshes every 30 seconds without you reloading.

The same sidebar slot before and after you open a server. The account groups on the left are replaced wholesale by the server's own menu on the right, and All servers at its top is the way back. This example is a VPS with attack analytics on; the panel also lists Upgrade under Manage. Example view.

The panel groups these under Clouduxe Prism, which is the protection layer covered in DDoS protection.

Press Cmd+K, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, from anywhere in the panel. The same thing opens from the header button reading Search services, invoices, tickets…. Pressing the shortcut again closes it, as does Esc. Arrow keys walk the results and Enter opens the highlighted one.

It searches your own data and nothing else, and it groups results in a fixed order: services first, then invoices, tickets, and panel pages. Services match on the label you gave them, the plan name, and the id. Invoices match on the invoice number, whether or not you type the separators. Tickets match on subject, number, status, and department. Pages are panel destinations, so search is also the fastest way to reach one you cannot find in the sidebar.

Opening it with an empty box lists your services and the page list, which is what makes it usable as a jump list.

Two limits worth knowing: tickets are only searched once you have typed two characters, so a single letter never matches one, and the result list is capped at 40 overall, of which at most 8 are invoices and 6 are tickets. Narrow the query rather than scrolling.

On a phone the trigger collapses to a magnifier icon in the header.

Collapsing the sidebar

Press Cmd+B, or Ctrl+B, or click the toggle at the far left of the header. The sidebar collapses to an icon-only rail and your choice is remembered for 7 days, so it stays collapsed across pages and across sessions.

On a phone the same control slides the sidebar over the page instead, since there is no room to keep it open.

Theme

There are two ways in, and they do not offer the same options.

  • The sun and moon icon in the header switches between Light and Dark.
  • Theme in your account menu offers Light, Dark, and System.

Until you pick one, the panel follows your operating system. Picking Light or Dark pins it and remembers the choice for a year.

The sign-in, registration, and password reset pages always follow your operating system and have no theme control at all.

The header

Left to right: the sidebar toggle, then a breadcrumb showing where you are, then search, then a basket icon with its count, then a notification bell, then the theme toggle. On a phone the breadcrumb is replaced by the page title.

The header on a ticket's page, numbered left to right: 1 the sidebar toggle, 2 the breadcrumb, 3 search, 4 the basket and its count, 5 the notification bell, 6 the theme toggle. The ticket's id shows as Details. In a narrow window, as on a phone, the page title replaces the breadcrumb, search shrinks to an icon, and the tab bar appears at the bottom. Example view.

The bell shows recent alerts about invoices, services, and security, and links through to the full list. Clicking any one of them marks your whole list as read, so read what you need before you click. See Notifications.

A breadcrumb segment that is an id renders as the word Details, so a ticket page reads Support / Details rather than the ticket subject.

On a phone

A tab bar is fixed to the bottom of the screen with five destinations: Home, Services, Billing, Support, and Account. Everything else, including the store, basket, orders, affiliate, and the account sub-pages, is reached through the sidebar, which opens as a panel over the page from the header toggle.

The panel can also be installed to your home screen and used as a standalone app.
