Your profile holds the name Clouduxe uses on tickets and invoices, the language your documents are issued in, and your photo. Each card saves on its own: the name and language with one button, the currency and the phone number with their own, and the photo as soon as you choose it.
Name and display name
The Personal details card carries First name, Last name, and Display name. First and last name are both required. Display name is optional, and the panel says what it is for: "Shown on tickets and invoices."
Save changes writes all three at once.
Language
Language (language_code) is a picker, not a text box. The value is checked
against the real language list before it is written, so a code that is not on
the list comes back as "Pick a language from the list."
One code covers two things: the language of the panel interface and the language your documents are issued in. There is no separate setting for each.
If you do not touch the picker, the field is left out of the save entirely. That is deliberate, so a language already set on your account is not overwritten by a save that was only meant to change your name.
Profile photo
Change photo on the same card uploads an image. The panel states the limits: "PNG, JPG, or WebP · up to 2 MB." Over that size you get "Image is too large (max 2 MB)."; a file that is not an image gets "That file isn't an image."
With no photo uploaded, the panel shows your initials instead.
Contact details
Two cards on this page are pointers rather than editors:
- Phone number saves your primary number only. To keep more than one, or to delete one, use Phone numbers.
- Default billing address is display only. The link on the card, "Manage all addresses →", is the edit path. See Billing addresses.
Preferred currency sets the default currency for new orders. Charges still occur in the product's own currency, converted at the exchange rate applied at invoice time. See Tax and currency.
The address you sign in with
Your sign-in address appears on this page as a read-only Primary email field. The panel cannot change it. To move your account to a different sign-in address, open a ticket.
Adding an address under Email addresses does not change the one you sign in with. It adds a place for receipts and notices to arrive.
