You need an account before you can order anything. Sign-up happens in two parts: the form at dash.clouduxe.com/register, then a verification link sent to the address you gave.

The sign-up form

The page is headed "Create your Clouduxe account". Every field on it:

FieldWhat it needs
First nameRequired.
Last nameRequired.
Email addressRequired, and it must be a valid address. This becomes the address you sign in with.
Country and PhoneRequired. The country picker sets the dial code stored alongside the number.
PasswordAt least 8 characters. The helper text under the field says "At least 8 characters."
Confirm passwordMust match the password exactly, or you get "Passwords don't match".

Below the fields is a checkbox, "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy". It is required: without it you get "You must accept the terms to continue". Both links open clouduxe.com, outside the panel.

Then press Create account.

The sign-up form as a new customer first sees it. The email address you enter becomes the address you sign in with, the password needs at least 8 characters, and the terms box has to be ticked before Create account goes through. Example view.

Sign-up is rate limited to five attempts per 15 minutes, counted both per IP address and per email address. Past that you get "Too many sign-up attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."

If the address already belongs to an account you get "That email already has a Clouduxe account. Try signing in instead." Use Signing in, and the forgotten-password link there if you no longer have the password.

Verifying your email address

The email carries a link. Opening that link confirms the address, which is what lets billing receipts and account notices reach you. On success the page says "Email verified".

The same email also shows a six-digit code. You do not need it: the panel never asks for a code, and the link does the whole job. It is there because the billing system includes it in every verification mail, not because there is a step you are missing.

The page has no confirm button. It redeems the link the moment it loads.

The same link, opened in two different orders. Whatever loads the URL first uses it up, because the page redeems it on load. If that was a link preview or a mail scanner, your own click shows the no longer valid message, and the only fix is a fresh link. Illustration.

To get a new one, sign in and open your email addresses. The unverified address has a Send verification button next to it.

AccountEmail addresses

That button only sends the mail. The address stays Unverified until the new link is opened. Full detail is in Email addresses.

What the verification page can tell you

  • "Email verified" followed by "Thanks, your address is confirmed." Nothing more to do.
  • "Already verified" followed by "This address was already confirmed on your account." Also fine, and not an error.
  • "We couldn't verify that link" with a reason, or "This link is no longer valid. It may have expired or already been used." Request a fresh link.
  • "This verification link is malformed." or "This link is incomplete. Please use the button in the email." The URL arrived truncated or altered. Go back to the email and use its button rather than copying the address by hand.

The page works while you are signed out. The link itself is the credential, so you do not need a session to redeem it.

Changing the address you sign in with

The panel has no control for this. Changing the address you sign in with is a support request: open a ticket from the account you want changed.

Adding another address under Email addresses is a different thing. It gives you a second contact address for billing and notices, and it does not move your sign-in.
