Your services list
Where every service on your account is listed, what a row and its status badge mean, and what a lock banner changes.
Everything you have bought sits on one page: VPS, dedicated servers, and DDoS-protected proxies. It is the way into a server, and it is also the fastest place to see what needs attention.
Finding a server
Open Services in the sidebar for everything at once. The service entries below it, Cloud VPS, Dedicated servers, and Edge Proxy, open the same list already narrowed to that kind of product.
Five tabs sit above the list, each carrying a count:

The order inside a tab is not alphabetical and you cannot change it. Anything overdue comes first, then suspended services, then whatever renews within 7 days, then within 30 days, then everything healthy, with ended services last. Inside a group, the nearest renewal date wins.
What a row shows
Each row is a link into that server. From left to right it carries:
- The name. Your own label for the service if one is set, otherwise the plan name. Two servers on the same plan look identical until one of them carries a label of its own.
- The status badge, and an amber Auto-renew off note when renewal is switched off for that service.
- Renews, the next renewal date with a relative reading next to it ("today", "tomorrow", "in 12d", or "5d overdue"). A service that has ended shows Ended and its end date instead.
- Price, with the billing cycle after it:
/mo,/qtr, or/yr.
The row carries no specifications. vCPU, memory, and disk are shown on the server itself, not in the list.
Three tiles sit above the list:
- Active services, with the total alongside when the two differ.
- Recurring, your monthly spend with every billing cycle normalised to one month. If your live services bill in more than one currency it reads Mixed currencies rather than adding amounts across currencies, and each row shows its own price instead.
- Next renewal, the soonest date across live services, or None scheduled.
Order new service in the header opens the store, and an empty list offers Browse the store in the same place.
What each status means

| Active | The service is live and billing normally. Every control works. |
| Pending | The service is on your account but not active yet. The auto-renew switch and Renew early do not appear until it becomes active. |
| Suspended | Server controls are locked. See below. |
| Cancelled | The service has ended. Terminated and closed contracts also display as Cancelled. |
| Expired | The service has ended. |
Expiring is a tab, not a status. A service in it is still Active, it is only close to its renewal date.
When a service is locked
An amber banner runs across every tab of a server whose service is suspended, cancelled, terminated, expired, or closed. There are two messages.
Suspended:
This service is suspended. Settle any overdue invoices to restore server controls.
A View unpaid invoices link sits next to it. Everything else:
This service has ended. Server controls are disabled.
What stops working
Every control that reaches the hypervisor is refused while the lock is on:
- Boot, Shutdown, Restart, and Power off.
- Rebuilding or reinstalling the server.
- Resetting the root password.
- Opening the VNC console.
- Adding or deleting SSH keys.
The block is enforced on the server side, not in the browser, so there is no way around it from the panel.
What keeps working
Billing controls never pass through that check and are unaffected: the auto-renew switch, Renew early, cancelling, and changing plan. The read-only pages, including the details of the server itself, still open.
The buttons stay visible and clickable while a service is locked. Clicking one returns a red error carrying the same wording as the banner, rather than the button being greyed out. Nothing was sent to the server.
To clear a suspension, settle what is outstanding. The banner link goes straight to your unpaid invoices.
