A statement is a summary of your account balance over a period. It is not a document per invoice, and it is not something you pay: it tells you where the balance stood at the start of a period and where it stood at the end.
What a statement shows
Each row on the page is one statement, and it carries two things:
- The period it covers, written as a start date and an end date.
- The balance either side of it, shown as "Opening" and "Closing".
That is the whole record as the panel holds it. Rows are not clickable and there is no per-statement detail view, so the dates and the two balances are what a statement gives you.
The period comes from the statement itself, so read the two dates on the row rather than assuming every statement covers the same span.
How to read one
Opening is the balance carried in at the start of the period, closing is the balance at the end, and the difference between them is the net movement across that period.
For the movements behind that difference, line by line, use the transactions table on the wallet page. See Wallet and credit.
Export CSV
Export CSV sits at the top of the page and appears once you have at least one statement. It downloads the rows currently on the page with four columns: Period start, Period end, Opening balance, and Closing balance.
That page-level export is the only download here. There is no per-row PDF or CSV and the rows are not links, so a single statement cannot be saved on its own. For a document you can send to an accountant, use an invoice instead: invoices have their own PDF and a shareable link. See Invoices and Sharing an invoice.
If the page is empty
An account with no statements yet shows No statements yet. Nothing has been generated against your account at that point, which is normal on a new account. Your invoices and wallet transactions are unaffected and are listed on their own pages.
