Domain Verification Suspension
If your domain has been suspended by the registry, it's likely due to failure to verify your registrant details after registering, transferring, or changing the registrant information.
What Happened?
Your domain name has been suspended because you did not verify your email address within the required 15-day period. This applies when:
A domain is newly registered.
A domain is transferred.
The registrant details (e.g., first name, last name, email address) of an existing domain name are modified.
Nameservers
Check if your nameserver points to the following:
ns1.verification-hold.suspended-domain.com
ns2.verification-hold.suspended-domain.com
If it does, this confirms that your domain has been suspended due to the lack of verification.
Verification Process
To reactivate your domain, follow these steps:
Locate the Verification Email:
Search your inbox for the verification email we sent.
Check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered.
Resend Verification Email:
If you cannot find the email, contact support to resend it.
Ensure you provide the correct email address for the resend request. You can verify and edit your contact details in your Clouduxe Dashboard.
Complete the Verification:
Once you find the email, click the verification link.
Click on the "Verify Information" button to confirm that your contact information is accurate.
After Verification
The suspension will be lifted immediately upon successful verification.
It may take 1-2 hours for your nameserver information to re-propagate across the internet, so your website may not be online right away.
Importance of Verification
As your domain registrar, we are required to verify the accuracy of your contact information. This process ensures that domain owners maintain accountability and transparency by keeping complete and up-to-date records.
If the verification link has expired, you must contact support for assistance.
